摘要(Abstract)：

優勢觀點跳脫了病理觀點對"問題與病態"的沉迷,用優勢取向之理念、原則和處遇方法重新建構了長者社會工作的理論內涵。優勢評量模型的實務研究,為辨識長者優勢和開展專業干預奠定了基礎。實務方法類研究,為開展長者照顧及長者心理與精神健康服務提供了具體的工作指引。實務運用類研究,探索了優勢觀點運用于長者領域的可行性,并初步呈現了運用成效。針對研究中存在的不足,未來可在以下三方面努力:一是將"生命歷程"視角融入優勢評量模型之中;二是將"文化照顧"視角融入長者照顧實務之中;三是重視以社區為場域的實務運用類實證研究。
